East Realty was recommended by a friend so we phoned Tracey and Trevor to get a second strategy. They came to show how they went about selling our home and we were surprised at how much experience they have had in getting your home sold. After they sent us their strategy we decided to choose them. Going by their instructions we prepared our home for sale and then hit the market. On the Sunday after elections we had an open day and received two offers for consideration. We chose one as it was near to the top of their predictions. It has since gone unconditional so we are very happy people. Tracey and Trevor explained all the ramifications and answered any queries that we had. I would gladly recommend this couple to take on selling your home as they were efficient and always explained what happens next. I used to be in Banking so I have some knowledge of what transpires when you take on people to sell your most expensive asset.
