Tracey is fantastic. She does her utmost to make the selling/buying experience a rewarding one. Trevor and Tracey have been incredible, I cannot fault a thing. The expertise and open communication has made this sale and purchase such a breeze. They are so skilled in their field and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Very grateful to have had them navigate this from start to finish.

After speaking to a few agents I found I was bombarded with emails and calls and hassled all day everyday which I did not like. Trevor and Tracey however sent me one email with all their information on and I had an appraisal with them and decided to go with them instantly. Not only were they very easy to talk to and understand our circumstances they helped us to get the house quickly on the market. Due to the current housing market it was up for sale for a while but sure enough we got the house sold and at a price we were both very happy with.
